Cisco E2000 Tomato Firmware Tutorial Installation (Comparible to DDWRT)

Cisco E2000 Tomato Firmware Tutorial Installation (Comparible to DDWRT) Video Clips. Duration : 3.35 Mins.

--------------------------------------------------- If you found this video helpful or entertaining, feel free to donate! Donating will help us to advance our efforts in public education using our patented methods of information distribution. www.paypal.com --------------------------------------------------- Using the Cisco E2000 Refurbished router that was posted on Slickdeals.net, I go through the process of installing the Tomato firmware. The original Slickdeals thread is here: slickdeals.net The E2000 firmware you need is here: tomatousb.org (Get E2000 VPN (no USB support, for Linksys E2000 ONLY!)) I've been using a Linksys WRT54G with DDWRT firmware for years, so this is completely fresh to me. Some notes mentioned in the video: Wireless Security: WPA2 Personal/AES with a password. CAT6 cables from monoprice.com for Gigabit networking. I'd also recommend getting a DOCSIS 3.0 modem such as the Motorola SB6120 with one CAT6 Crossover cable from the modem to your gigabit router. Good luck.
